What is the point?
I always have the hubby proofread my blogs. Sometimes he says, “It’s fine, but I don’t see the point.” Hmmm.
The point of any good blog, at least from a life coach perspective (in my opinion) is to leave people thinking.
Not wondering, “What the heck was that all about?”, but thinking – “What did she mean by that and how does that apply to me?
Sometimes I write about things that are happening in my life, or the life of others, sometimes I write about things I wonder about, and sometimes I’m right on target with a cohesive, instructive blog. I do tend to keep the more “instructive” ones for the eNewletters that I send out each month. {Side note: to sign up for Life go to the direct link at https://app.expressemailmarketing.com/Survey.aspx?SFID=82975}.
I write my blogs to be thought provoking and encouraging, often with a touch of humor.
So what is the point of this particular blog? I suppose this blog is to point out that I am not writing for me. I already know all my thoughts – grin. I am writing for others, hoping that something I have written has hit home for someone and encouraged them to
• stay upbeat
• be positive
• and keep smiling.
In some case it might even encourage someone to make a positive change in their life. You are never stuck. There is always hope.
Okay, here’s my final point… I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
