The 8yr old Perspective

The 8yr old Perspective

It’s been a very busy week and I am currently in the car, on a long ride with our oldest granddaughter, Rory. Since she is already a published author (Autism: Rory’s Story, Having an autistic brother), I thought I’d let her guest write this week’s blog. Enjoy…

My family is Jack, Jackie, Grandma, Maggie, Jenny, Sean, Marley, Daddy, Connor, Bumpy, Gramps, Sean, Nova, Duey, and Jessika.

My stepbrother Jack loves Pokemon. My step mom Jackie loves art. Grandma loves baseball. Maggie loves movies. Jenny loves her scooter. Sean loves baseball. Marley loves dolls. Daddy loves playing with his kids. Connor loves bouncey balls. Bumpy loves Bubble Mania. Gramps loves monopoly. Sean loves TMNT. Nova loves My Little Pony. Duey loves to play Xbox 360. Jessika loves her dogs.

Well, there ya go, the short and sweet update on Rory’s family. I’m very thankful she chose her family as the topic. You all know one of my favorite mottos, “family first.” I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and get to spend some time with YOUR family!
